All digital assets, software applications, 3D models, point cloud datasets, graphics, and multimedia content distributed under the "Spirit in Stone" brand are the exclusive intellectual property of Spirit Media LLC. Purchase of this 3D interactive simulation grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable personal license to install and execute the application on a single personal computer system for educational and personal research purposes. Any unauthorized redistribution, reselling, sub-licensing, reverse-engineering, or commercial utilization of the software files, underlying code, or embedded metric data is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from Spirit Media LLC.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our 3D interactive simulations and instant software downloads, all sales are considered final once the digital asset has been successfully provisioned and downloaded. Because downloadable applications (.exe files) cannot be physically returned, we generally do not issue refunds under normal circumstances. However, if you encounter severe technical limitations, corrupted files, or critical hardware incompatibility issues on your Windows PC, please contact our support team through our official contact form within 14 days of purchase. While we reserve the right to evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis, our primary commitment is to provide technical support and help you resolve any performance challenges.
